*****COVID-19 Shipping Delays****

 

While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 5 to 10 days to receive.

 

If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days we recommend Express Shipping and you can contact us to update your shipping preference.

 

The NoellaGrace Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

(We are closed Sunday and Monday). Express Shipping orders are processed within a 48 to 72 hour from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when The NoellaGrace Boutique is closed will be processed the next business day.

 

***Address Verification***

 

Due to cardholder security all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses for (examples include: gift for someone, friend, or work). The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.

 

ALL ORDERS WILL/MIGHT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from The NoellaGrace Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

Priority and Free Shipping takes 5 to 7 Business Days

 

If within the continental US, your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

 

Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days

 

International Shipping

 

International Express Shipping takes 3 to 7 Business Days

 

International Priority Shipping takes 10 to 21 Business Days.

 

You're responsible for all customs and duties fees.
